More than 20,000 responded but their responses were ignored.

The libraries are for the PEOPLE of Croydon who have clearly stated that they do NOT want privatisation!
ReplyDeleteOur libraries are a service for all of us (for which we pay our Council Tax) NOT a profit- making business. JL beware!
